They are so helpful. I spoke with VPerez today via livechat and she was able to answer all my questions. Paying off my debt makes me a step closer to completing my dream. They are nice, professional & helpful.

While it's not fun to have balances in collections or deal with the aftermath of it to begin with, at least dealing with it can be a positive experience with the right people. (The rep) was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and offered all information asked for quickly and efficiently. I was also super pleased that there even is a Live Chat option, because my social anxiety makes phone calls really hard. This was a lifesaver so we could both be on the same page while working towards the debt resolution.

The chat experience with (the rep) took a lot of anxiety and embarrassment out of the situation. I was not subjected to the tones and inflections of judgment that are sometimes part of the collection agents attempts to garner money from you. Great experience overall. All taken care of. I would not want to have to use them again but if you owe a debt and have a computer or smart phone this is the least stressful way to resolve it. - Sheri
