While it's not fun to have balances in collections or deal with the aftermath of it to begin with, at least dealing with it can be a positive experience with the right people. (The rep) was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and offered all information asked for quickly and efficiently. I was also super pleased that there even is a Live Chat option, because my social anxiety makes phone calls really hard. This was a lifesaver so we could both be on the same page while working towards the debt resolution.

The chat experience with (the rep) took a lot of anxiety and embarrassment out of the situation. I was not subjected to the tones and inflections of judgment that are sometimes part of the collection agents attempts to garner money from you. Great experience overall. All taken care of.
